William Spettmann
Founder & CEO
William Spettmann is a certified cybersecurity director with almost 20 years of cyber and IT experience. After graduating with an M.S. in Cybersecurity & IT Management, he continued on to get his CISSP, PMP, CISM, C|EH, C|NDA, and Security+ certifications as well as an ARRL HAM Radio License (KC1IVU). ​He currently heads SecurityInsecurity, supports the Department of Defense in a cyber capacity, and teaches STEM at the university level.
Marco Vincenzi
Director of Cyber Operations
Marco is a certified information security specialist with a master's degree in cybersecurity and active Security+, HITRUST, ISO, and CMMC certifications. He is a seasoned National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) consultant and is heavily immersed in the cybersecurity community.
Alexandra Spettmann
Director of Business Operations
After graduating summa cumme laude with her master's degree in mechanical engineering, Alexandra applied her engineering skillsets to both the private and military sectors and has influenced the design of countless critical infrastructure systems. She is also an active university-level professor in STEM and advocate for women in STEM.
Christopher Gutierrez
Director of Information Technology
Chris has been a contributor to the technology industry for almost twenty years and is a long-time collaborator of SecurityInsecurity. Proficient in multiple coding languages and frameworks, Chris is an experienced gray-hat hacker and has spent the better part of his career developing software and security solutions for a wide array of customers, including Fortune 500 companies and industry start-ups.
Nicole Carron
Director of Governance and Compliance
Nicole is a bona fide expert in the field of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). She has advanced degrees in both digital forensics and cyber defense, and has spent most of her professional career developing secure cybersecurity practices for emerging enterprises and state governments. Her specialties include federal and healthcare cybersecurity.
Ving Salisbury IV
Director of Sales
Ving joins SecurityInsecurity with mountains of sales experience in the private sector and an advanced degree in Industrial Psychology. His ability to understand client needs and convert them into recommendations for scalable and cost-efficient solutions makes him an invaluable member of the SecurityInsecurity Team.
