Refund & Cancellation Policy

Company: SecurityInsecurity, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”)
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, agreements, and engagements with SecurityInsecurity, LLC, including but not limited to assessments, audits, consulting services, training, digital products, and physical materials.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Services: Due to the nature of our work (cybersecurity, compliance assessments, consulting, and HIPAA-related services), all payments for services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once an engagement has begun.

Digital Products & Training: All sales of digital products, courses, and training materials are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products (if applicable): All sales of physical items (books, reports, merchandise) are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged (see Section 3).
Alert: By engaging our services or purchasing any product, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

2. Payment Obligations

Clients are responsible for paying all fees as agreed in proposals, contracts, or invoices.

Non-payment or late payment does not constitute cancellation of an agreement. Outstanding balances remain due and enforceable.

Work may be paused or terminated for non-payment, but amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
3. Exceptions (Physical Goods Only)
While service fees and digital product sales are strictly non-refundable, the only exceptions apply to physical goods purchased directly from SecurityInsecurity:

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.

Approved replacement requests will result in either a corrected shipment or replacement of the defective item at no additional cost.

Refunds will never be issued for physical items — only replacement or repair (at our discretion).
4. Cancellations

Client Cancellations: If a client chooses to cancel an engagement or service before completion, no refunds will be issued for any amounts paid. Any outstanding balances remain due and payable.

Company Cancellations: If SecurityInsecurity cancels a service engagement for reasons other than client non-compliance, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial credit toward future services. This is not a guarantee and is evaluated case by case.
5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SecurityInsecurity be held liable for any refunds, reimbursements, damages, or losses claimed by a client due to dissatisfaction, failure to implement recommendations, regulatory outcomes, or other factors beyond our control.

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service or product in question, and no refunds shall be issued.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing services, training, or products from SecurityInsecurity, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You understand this No Refund Policy in full.

You waive any right to chargebacks, reversals, or refund claims through your financial institution, credit card issuer, or payment processor.

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law & Dispute Resolution section of our [Terms and Conditions].
7. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
